The first highlight in the calendar is always the Bosch Hockenheim Historic at the Motodrom in Hockenheim. This year, 300 LOTUS sports cars and many other LOTUS highlights are again expected at the classic car event. These include the unique Black&Gold LOTUS collection with many historic Formula 1 cars by Kai Nieklauson (ChromeCars). The fans will be invited to a big LOTUS festival.
It was already 55 years ago when Jim Clark lost his life in a Formula 2 race in his LOTUS Formula 2 at the Hockenheimring. In 2023, there will once again be a large reunion for all enthusiasts at Jim Clark’s Memorial. An extraordinary Formula 2 race will be held in honour of Jim Clark. In addition, another LOTUS highlight will be celebrated this year: As many LOTUS fans surely know, LOTUS celebrates its 75th company anniversary this year. And there will be a trophy award ceremony for some LOTUS participants again this year. Besides the various racing series, there will be two Formula 1 races to watch: the BOSS GP and the historic F1.
